Spring has sprung here in Florida but according to the weather widget, the poor Montanans are getting snow still. If we could send some of our warm air up to you folks we would. But being snowed in might have it’s advantages as you get to stay home and read. I know that is what I would be doing right about now. Stoking up the flames in the fireplace, hoping that the pile of wood lasts through the night, huddled under a blanket with some kind of hot drink and my favorite books lined up and ready to read.
Instead, I am propped up in my bed looking at the kids running around the park while I update my writer fans sites for the new year. Even though we haven’t received any new news from either any SWP fans or from the writer’s former publishing house about getting the three books republished in eBook format we still have to update the website software, changed the webpage theme and type up a blog article to keep my fellow SWP fans coming back to the site. Just because there is no news doesn’t mean we can’t create some of our own. Yes, we are still wanting someone out there to create some fanfiction and share it with our fellow readers. And yes, any artists out there who are also SWP fans if you would like to draw some of the characters from the book and share those with us we would be very grateful. Use our CONTACT US form to let us know.
We have deleted some of the older posts and updated the look of each of the pages. We have also added a new link to a story written by a friend and fellow writer of SWP. Lise McClendon wrote a stirring post on her website that we hope all of SWP’s fans will go and read and comment on called Remembering Sandra West Prowell.
